A group of young Nepali entrepreneurs, led by former Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) President and international business leader Bhaban Bhatta, has launched BIN (BPO in Nepal), the country’s first fully integrated Business Process Outsourcing company aimed at entering the global market. The initiative marks a significant step for Nepal’s service sector as it positions itself as a competitive destination for high-value outsourcing. BIN made its global debut with the ambition of establishing Nepal as a trusted hub for end-to-end business support services. Co-Founder and Chairman Mr Bhatta, whose extensive international experience and network have been central to shaping the company’s strategy, said the startup intends to highlight the capabilities of Nepali youth in delivering world-class outsourcing solutions. His leadership—anchored in global exposure and a strong commitment to Nepal’s economic advancement—has been instrumental in driving the venture forward. With a focus on innovation, efficiency and integrated service delivery, BIN has assembled a diverse team of professionals with expertise across multiple operational domains.

The company aims to provide comprehensive, technology-driven solutions to both domestic and international clients, from small businesses to multinational corporations. BIN’s broad suite of services includes digital marketing and branding, video production and creative content, web development and IT solutions, customer support, legal and compliance services, accounting and bookkeeping, investment advisory and business consulting, as well as HR outsourcing and talent management.
This integrated model is designed to offer clients seamless access to a wide range of business support services under a single platform. “Our objective is to position Nepal as a competitive global outsourcing hub,” said Mr Bhatta, underscoring the company’s commitment to combining specialised skills with advanced technology. “By empowering Nepali youth and embracing modern business solutions, we aim to support organisations worldwide with enhanced efficiency, scalability and trust.” In addition to expanding its global presence, BIN aims to foster meaningful employment for Nepali youths, promote skill development in emerging service sectors, and build international partnerships that contribute to sustainable economic growth. With a strong focus on quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, BIN seeks to establish a new benchmark for Nepal as it strives to emerge as a global provider of business support services—showcasing the potential and competitiveness of Nepali talent on the world stage.
