US President Donald Trump has stated that the United States has completed a “very successful attack” on Iran’s nuclear sites, including Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. The president said that following the successful attack, all planes are now outside of Iran’s airspace.

“We have successfully completed an attack on three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran’s airspace. A full payload of bombs was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American warriors. No other military in the world could have done this. Now is the time for peace! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” Trump wrote on his social media.
President Donald Trump was meeting with his national security team at the White House on Saturday and stated that he had not yet made a decision on attacking Iranian nuclear facilities. The officials said that Trump’s primary option is to seek a diplomatic solution to the Israel-Iran conflict, but only if the Iranians show more flexibility in negotiations and are willing to make significant concessions. The White House has consistently pressured Iran, but it was reported that an attack became necessary after Iran maintained its stance.
President Trump has given himself a two-week period, starting Thursday, to make his decision. If talks with Iran continue to be elusive and unresolved, he could decide to move forward with one of the attack plans he reviewed earlier this week, according to BBC News.
